Founded by etiquette coach and trainer Christine Ferrera, Polished Message Etiquette™ draws on her etiquette teaching experience dating back to 2009, preparing individuals to apply etiquette with confidence, respect, and understanding.
PME brings together a collective body of etiquette knowledge and practice to prepare individuals for the moments that shape relationships and opportunities. Respect is the foundation, expressed through thoughtful communication, appropriate personal presentation, and conduct across professional, social, and everyday life.
Based in Fontana, California, PME provides customized etiquette training for professionals, entrepreneurs, organizations, universities, colleges, schools, youth, and private clients. In-person training serves the Inland Empire, Los Angeles, and communities throughout Southern California. Virtual training extends access beyond the region.
Each session focuses on selected topics within comprehensive etiquette, such as introductions, conversation, image and style, networking, dining, or workplace conduct. Instruction is tailored to the audience, setting, and desired outcomes.
